SoulCycle is all the rage in NYC and I can’t wait start! Owners Julie Rice and Elizabeth Cutler wanted to find a way to combine breaking a sweat with finding mental clarity. These women found a way for people to stay fit and happy through cycling with breathtaking scenery and inspiring music. I am moving to NYC and will be looking for an exercise program, and I think I’ve found the one. It’s great because it combines cardio and a core workout while clearing the mind. Check it out at:

The lovely Kate Bosworth is not just the new face of Cotton, Inc.’s “Fabric of My Life” campaign, but she’s also singing the theme song for the TV ads, which run on major networks starting this Friday.In an interview she said she is anxious, but excited to make her singing debut!

On September 13, Missoni will be gracing the racks at Target. There will be women’s, men’s, and children’s clothing as well as bed linens and dinnerware. I love the designer lines at Target and can’t wait to see what Missoni has to offer!

The 2011 Costume Institute Gala was dedicated this year to Alexander McQueen where many of his designs were showcased. Celebrities arrived in McQueen and in many other beautiful designs. There are so many that I loved, but am only going to share my favorites. Enjoy!

The higher the hair the closer to God I always say! I’m from the south so maybe I’m biased, but I think voluminous hair is a must have! Brigitte Bardot did what Amy Winehouse cannot. She has that sexy big hair with just the right amount of messy. The trick is to think clean and sexy…not all messy. I was in a photo shoot this weekend and learned how to achieve this look. All you need is a curling iron, bobby pins, a fine-tooth comb, and A LOT of hairspray.

5 Steps to Fabulous hair:
1. Let your hair air dry
2. Spray it with hair spray
3. Use a curling iron and pin up the curls
4. Let down the curls and tease up the crown with a fine-tooth comb and use hairspray
5.Lightly comb over the beehive you have just created and rock that hair!
