I was reading The Cut and I’m so excited to see that H&M is going to have a new collection. H&M has teamed up with Trish Summerville, the costume designer for the film The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, to make a collection based on the character Lisbeth Salander. Salander is weird-looking, unwashed, and always on the run from enemies who she subjects to physical torture, the retailer had to put some work into making her wardrobe “stylishly gritty” and “feminine-feeling” instead of just grimy and unattractive, reports WWD. I love the rough look with leather and dark colors.
I love fashion, and I love chocolate. However I don’t know how I feel about them both together…
“Former Miss France title-holder Cindy Fabre modeled what appears to be a sort of Princess Leia–style bikini made of chocolates for the Salon du Chocolat, an annual trade fair in southern France. Her ensemble was designed by Benjamin Brass and constructed by Puyricard, an artisan chocolate-maker.”Charlotte Cowles from New York’s magazine, The Cut.
Taylor Momsen is the best at rocking thigh highs and I think they are perfectly acceptable to wear all the time.
I love rainboots, but they are not that warm. I detest Ugg-a-lugs, and love how warm they are.In the rain I always wear my Hunter boots. S how do you get the best of both worlds? Hunter makes warm fuzzy socks that stick out of your boots. They come in a variety of colors and patterns, and can be found at Nordstrom. Here are the ones I choose.
Weddings are beautiful and lately, I have seen tons of wedding pictures from various people. I saw this wedding blogger’s page, rock and roll bride, and was so inspired. Bethany and Doug’s wedding was so cool because she wore a black Betsey Johnson dress and her bridesmaids picked out their own white dresses. She described her style as not being gothic, she just wanted something different. The pictures by La Photographie Nashville are so breathtaking, and I had to share.
