I’m not a very big fan of all the neon pants, skirt, and shirts. However I am a fan of the neon and funky accessories. I mean how many times can you wear those neon pink cigarette jeans from J Crew? Stay on trend by wearing basics with fun accessories. I found this Deux Lux clutch and awesome necklace at Nordstrom today.

I’ve finally graduated and am on a luxurious vacation in Panama. I absolutely love it here.
Vacations are not only a luxury, but I feel they are a must. People get too wound up and stress too much. This causes us (women) to look haggard and tired as well as high blood pressure.
This is my reasoning and I’m sticking to it!

For spring I really like light and pastel colors. I paired a Tiffany blue purse with a cream dress for the perfect pop of color. I used gold sandals and a gold Juicy Couture necklace.

Yesterday I wore a grey and white striped Brandy Melville skirt with a fringe top from Black Market, a local boutique. I paired it with tan wedges and a ton of rings. I think these skirts that are short in the front and long in the back look awesome with wedges or boots.

Yesterday, May 10, I graduated from The University of Tennessee Knoxville. I earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Communication with a focus in public relations. You think about so much as you move from one stage of life to another, and it’s a little sad. However, I am so excited for my journey to find a job and move to the next chapter.

I’ve been on the planning committee for Downtown Derby Week, which is bringing the spirit of the Kentucky Derby to Knoxville, TN. Last night one of our most important events, the 1st annual Americana Night at the Tennessee Theatre, was a total success. Here are a few photos of the night.
